Frequently Asked Questions
Does it cost anything to go to the sunflower field?
Yes, weekend admission is $12 per person ages 13 and older and $10 for persons ages 5-12. Weekday admission is $8 per person ages 13 and older and $6 per person ages 5-12. 4 yrs & Under is free. Seniors (65+) and Military are children's price. We donate 10% of the total profits to Make-A-Wish NH at the end of the festival.
Can I bring my well behaved dog to the sunflower field?
No, pets are not allowed on the property.
Can I bring my emotional support animal to the farm?
Service animals are defined as working animals trained to perform tasks for the benefit of individuals with physical or mental disabilities- such as guiding people who are blind, alerting people who are deaf, alerting and projecting people prone to seizures , or other tasks directly related to a disability and are welcome at Coppal House Farm.
Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Coppal House Farm requires guests to leave pets at home to provide a safer and more positive experience for all attendees, including those pets.
Are your farm and the sunflower fields handicap accessible?
Yes, for the most part it is. Our paths in the sunflower field are certainly wide enough to allow wheelchairs through, but you would need assistance in pushing it. Plan accordingly, please remember that this is an outside event with uneven terrain that requires a significant amount of walking. Please visit our Handicap Accessibility page where our accessibility is discussed in more detail or call ahead prior to your visit to discuss your needs.
Can I buy tickets ahead of time for the festival?
Yes! Visit our Hours & Admissions page to purchase tickets online. Online tickets available starting July 1st. Ticket sales close 24 hours prior to opening each day. Tickets will be available at our farm stand on a walk in basis as long as we have not reached capacity.
How do I know if the farm has reached capacity?
We will post on our website home page as well as on Facebook if we have to close the farm for any reason and when it has reopened.
If I can't make it to the festival during the scheduled dates, can I come see the sunflowers another time?
Yes you can! While we plan the festival dates for the best blooming period of our large oil seed sunflower field, we have a sprawling display garden filled with many sunflower varieties that is scheduled to bloom through August! For more information see our Hours & Admission page.
Can I bring a professional photographer to have my senior photos, engagement photos, or family photos taken in the sunflower field?
What is the best time of day to photograph the sunflowers?
All day! Have fun with it! The lighting changes the flowers throughout the day, so try taking photos at different times. You won't be disappointed.

Yes, the morning of Sunday July 26th 2020 we will be opening between 5:30 - 7:30 am for sunrise photos. No reservations necessary for individuals, only professional photographers with clients.
